When will you ship my order?
Our goal is to ship your order as soon as possible, usually within 1-3 business days. Your order will be shipped by USPS and several other premium carriers to provide expedited services. A few oversized items require additional shipping charges. All orders that are in stock will ship within two business days. When you order by 2 p.m. pacific time on a business day, most orders will ship the same day and you will receive it in 2 business days. We do not yet offer guaranteed overnight shipping, although many areas of the country do receive their orders within 1-3 days. Note that some items, including those shipped directly from the manufacturer, will take longer to arrive; ship times for these products will be noted directly on the product detail page.
The following orders may result in delayed shipping:
• Incorrect shipping address
• Shipping address does not match billing address
• Payment delay or issue
• Orders held because they contain a large quantity of a single item that would
cause inventory depletion (note: this is an infrequent circumstance)
• UPS failure to deliver (e.g. severe weather conditions)
If you need to receive your order by a specific approaching deadline, please include a note with that information when you place your order, and we will do all we can to accommodate your request. Items purchased together may not be delivered together. Once your order is shipped, you will be provided with tracking information via e-mail.
If the items or item states Out of Stock ~ This does not mean that you cannot Order the item. Please contact us through the Contact Page or via email at DivineEmbellishments@yahoo.com and we can check into making a Special Order for you. We can always get any item for you unless the item is discontinued. Most items are always available through Special Orders if the S.O criteria is met.
Any item or items can be a Special Order. What is a Special Order? A Special Order also known as S.O. on the page is usually a oversized shipping item. A Special Order is also available to any item if purchased in Bulk for a Event, Party, Wedding & Etc in which we do not have the current amount of inventory available. Example #1: We have 18 small cake displays available but, you need 24. If not discontinued we will send an invoice for the 24 displays and will ship your S.O. to you within 2-3 weeks if not sooner. Example #2: There is a baby outfit & matching booties Out of Stock. Contact us or Email us and we will let you know if the item is being discontinued or the soonest available date it will be in Stock. If the item or items are from the same manufacturer company we can Special Order the items if your purchase meets our S.O. criteria. If this is the case we will send an invoice upon your approval and the item will be shipped directly to you within 2-3 weeks if not sooner.
When your order ships, you will receive an email with shipping and tracking information. You can use your tracking number on the carrier's website to trace your order. We also list your tracking number with your order detail or you can click the "Track Order" button when you log in to your account.
Finding Your Box
If the tracking information shows the order has been delivered, be sure to check everywhere — occasionally, carriers leave deliveries with neighbors, building managers, or places like your porch, garage, or even behind bushes. If there is no tracking information or the tracking information shows the item was returned to us, please contact us by email. We may have the wrong shipping address, the driver may have unsuccessfully attempted delivery, or the carrier may have lost it.
If You're Not Home
It's up to the driver's discretion whether to require a signature for delivery, drop the package off at your doorstep or to leave it with a building manager or doorman. If the driver believes it's best to obtain a signature, he or she will try a few times to secure one. When a package is returned "undeliverable," you should get a full refund unless it is determined that the order was improperly refused. Undeliverable orders will not be resent. You must place a new order to receive your items.
Products Arriving Together
Most of your products will be shipped together in one box and will arrive at the same time. However, if the order is large and shipped in more than one box, your packages may arrive separately — although this is rare. If you log in to your account and see more than one tracking number listed for your order, expect to receive separate packages. On the UPS, USPS, FedEx website, you can also see the estimated delivery date for each package. Note that gift certificates are shipped separately.
When shipping to these locations, please keep in mind the following:
• Shipping rates vary based on order size and weight and are calculated at checkout.
• Delivery time will take longer; estimated dates will be provided at checkout.
• Delivery to APO and FPO addresses may take an additional 7 to 14 days.
• Due to USPS regulations, items deemed hazardous cannot be shipped to
these locations. Products will be flagged at checkout.
Your complete satisfaction is our top priority! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of packages within 14 days of the sale date and issue a full refund minus shipping round trip.
All we ask is that the product is not used or expired, is in the same condition you received it and is in the original box and/or packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot extend this return policy to resellers of our product. Packing Your Return
The box that the items were originally shipped in can be reused if the sizing is appropriate.
